About Me

F*ck Perfect.
Let’s Do Real.

An individualized, root-cause approach to therapy.

I Use evidence-based strategies to help my clients build healthy habits, feel better, and find what works for them.

I’m Sarah Cairns, a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist with over a decade of frontline and public-health nursing experience, from acute hospital settings and home care, to government work in harm reduction and substance-use prevention. After years of supporting individuals and communities through complex health challenges, I now bring that same steadiness and perspective to 1:1 therapy. My work is for anyone who wants a real, human place to sort things out, from big transitions to subtle shifts, or anything in between. I offer grounded support to help you find clarity, steadiness, and a direction that feels genuinely yours.

Supporting you in achieving and maintaining a healthy, balanced life.

I don’t believe in perfect healing plans, I believe in real conversations that help you feel understood and supported. My approach blends clinical training with a deep respect for your lived experience, focusing on clarity, compassion, and what actually works in daily life. Together, we sort through the noise so you can move forward with more steadiness and self-trust.
